Here we show you, step by step, how we build a surface that withstands loads, washes, impacts, and your daily life.
It all starts here: we calculate slopes, flows, and the strategic position of stainless steel drains. The goal? Ensure maximum hygiene and rapid water drainage at every critical point, such as production lines, washes, and high humidity areas.
We install stainless steel channels and pits (with siphon and collection basket), already prepared to accommodate the final finish. Precise installation at this stage prevents stagnation, subsidence, and future cleaning issues.
We prepare the subfloor with perfect slopes and create the joints necessary to ensure stability and control of expansions. Here, fast-setting or traditional technical screeds are used, depending on the project. It's the solid base on which everything else is built.
The installation is carried out by specialized personnel with years of experience in food industry environments. The stoneware or clinker tiles are applied on a high-performance cement adhesive bed, ensuring flatness, mechanical resistance, and perfect integration with the already installed drainage systems.
Sealing is done with a three-component epoxy resin, developed by Luisetto Industry to ensure maximum performance in agri-food environments.
Compared to standard products, this formulation offers greater chemical resistance, dimensional stability, and a smooth and easily sanitizable finish, ideal for surfaces subject to HACCP protocols.
At the end, the floor is thoroughly cleaned and delivered ready for use.
