WHAT IT IS: High-thickness extruded klinker tiles
With Klinker, Luisetto Industry offers its customers the solution for flooring where mechanical and chemical stresses require the use of resistant, durable, and easy-to-maintain materials.
Klinker tiles and special pieces, obtained from high-quality German clays, first undergo drying, mixing, and grinding processes, and then subsequent wet mixing. After the extrusion phase (performed under vacuum) and curing, suitable firing is carried out in tunnel kilns at about 1250°C.
This process makes the tiles particularly dense and resistant.
