LOAD RESISTANCE: screeds must be correctly dimensioned
SLOPES: Poorly made ones do not drain water
WORKER SAFETY: R11, R12, BCRA do not mean the same thing. Materials for civil use should not be used
SANITIZABLE SURFACES: Specific ceramic materials for specific processes, antibacterial grouting.
